Maro comes from extremely humble beginnings and in many ways exemplifies the Canadian Dream. Growing up in a tight-knit village in Lebanon, he lives with an intimate understanding of how rich a life of community can truly be. Ironically, he came to Canada with nothing and no one by his side, looking to make better use of this life he was given. Maro's was built on the dream of educating Canadians on the beauty of a life lived in community, specifically and most powerfully around great food.

Our rebrand necessitated a revamp of the Maro's online presence. This involved rewriting the copy on the site and social based on a clear brand strategy that circled around four main categories: community, culture, cuisine, and catering. Our aim with this brand strategy was to highlight the intrinsic value of visiting Maro's experiencing the community, culture, and cuisine of Maro's home country, Lebanon, while focusing on catering as a prime opportunity for additional sales generation, beyond the four walls of the restaurant.Visit the Website
A lower-budget video we created to advertise Maro’s Catering on social media, featuring custom music created to represent the union of Middle Eastern cuisine with Canadian palates.
